Packages

3 levels of support to suit your individual needs and budget

All packages are 100% bespoke and designed to run for an initial 12-week period and can be renewed as necessary. As I often point out to my clients, you will begin to reap the full benefits of your personal nutrition and lifestyle plan generally after a period of at least 3 months. You will of course start to feel improvements earlier on in the programme, but on the whole the body needs this length of time to adapt to the positive changes you make to your diet and lifestyle.  

You will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire and 3-day food diary prior to your initial consultation.

I strongly recommend you have a blood test before commencing a plan.

Amethyst - £480

  • Fortnightly follow-up sessions
