Module 1 - Health & Nutrition

This module is a 4-week course, totalling approximately 40 hours of study time. 

The module consists of 20 lessons - 5 per week - all lasting approximately 2 hours. So that means that there will be about 10 hours of learning each week.

Upon successful completion of the module, the Rainbow Goddess will send you a Certificate of Achievement.

Total cost: £250

Below are the topics included in this module (provisional). Each lesson is designed to make learning fun and engaging. If you are stuck at any point or do not understand something, the Rainbow Goddess is available every Monday morning between 10 am and 11 am (UK time) in an online chat to answer your questions.

Unit 1 (week 1)

Day 2 - Nutrition basics 2 - superfoods & more

Day 3 - Stress -  its impact on body functions & how to reduce it

Day 4 - Sleep & energy - are you getting enough?

Day 5 - Genes & blood

Day 2 - Hormones part 1 - an introduction

Day 3 - Hormones part 2 - including menopause

Day 4 - Weight management - why "dieting" doesn't work

Day 5 - Type 2 diabetes & blood sugar balance

Day 2 - Minerals - what are they and what do they do?

Day 3 - Plant-based foods - all you need to know

Day 4 - Fasting - benefits, drawbacks and more

Day 5 - Gut health - your body's 2nd brain!

Day 1 - Allergies  - types and natural ways to relieve symptoms 

Day 2 - Immunity - ways to support your immune system

Day 3 - Thyroid - hypo, hyper? Know the difference

Day 4 - Dehydration - 7 signs that may show you're dehydrated

Day 5 - Skin, hair & nails  - top tips to keep them healthy
