About the Recipe

Ingredients

handful of spinach

1 carrot

3-4 pieces of chopped celery

1 kiwi

1/2 apple

1/2 banana

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

30 cl plant-based milk (unsweetened)

handful of chia seeds

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and blitz for 1 minute. Serve cold on top of ice if you wish.
