The Dragonfly Foundation Course
This is a 12-week course consisting of three modules:

Module 1: Health & Nutrition (4 weeks - 40 hours)

Module 2: Fitness & Wellbeing (4 weeks - 40 hours)

Module 3: Mindfulness & Spirituality (4 weeks - 40 hours)
You can choose to do one, two or all three modules at your own pace in the comfort of your home.
Upon enrolment, you will be given access to a purpose-built platform where all the lessons for the module(s) you have selected will be made available to you.

4 units (weeks) per module

5 lessons (days) per unit (2 hours each)

You can complete each lesson in your own time. Once you have finished a lesson, you will be given access to the next one.

At the end of each unit, you will be tested on what you have learnt over the week and if you pass, can then move on to the following unit.

Upon successful completion of all 4 units, you will receive a Rainbow Goddess certificate of achievement!

Once payment has been received, you will be contacted directly by the Rainbow Goddess who will confirm your registration and explain how to access your course. If you have selected the 2 module bundle you will also be asked to select the two modules you wish to follow. Modules will be available as from January 2024.
